01.1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using QRBuildr in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
If you are using QRBuildr on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” and “your” refer to that entity.
02.2. Eligibility
To use QRBuildr, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You must be able to form a legally binding contract with AGT GROUP LLC.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform.
QRBuildr is available for both personal and business use. Organizations may create accounts and authorize individuals to use the platform on their behalf, provided that the organization accepts responsibility for all activity conducted under its account.
03.3. Account Registration
To access most features of QRBuildr, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: Supply truthful, current, and complete registration details, including your name, email address, and any other required fields. You must promptly update your information if it changes.
- Secure your credentials: Maintain the confidentiality of your password and any authentication tokens. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication when available.
- One account per person: Each account is intended for use by a single individual. Shared login credentials are not permitted. If you need multiple users, please use a plan that supports team functionality or create separate accounts.
You must notify us immediately at contact@qrbuildr.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
04.4. Service Description
QRBuildr is a cloud-based QR code generator platform that provides the following core features:
- Static QR code generation: Create QR codes that encode fixed data (URLs, text, contact cards, Wi-Fi credentials, etc.) directly into the image. Static QR codes function independently once downloaded and do not require our servers.
- Dynamic QR code generation: Create QR codes that route through our servers, allowing you to change the destination URL or content at any time without reprinting the QR code.
- Customization: Customize the visual appearance of your QR codes with colors, gradients, logo overlays, dot styles, corner styles, and frames.
- Download and export: Download your QR codes in multiple formats including PNG, SVG, and PDF at various resolutions.
- Dashboard and management: Organize, search, filter, and manage all your QR codes from a centralized dashboard. Edit, pause, or delete QR codes at any time.
- Scan analytics: For dynamic QR codes, access detailed analytics including scan counts, geographic data, device and browser breakdowns, and performance trends over time.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the platform at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the service.
05.5. Subscription Plans and Billing
QRBuildr offers multiple subscription tiers to accommodate different usage needs:
- Free Plan: Limited feature set at no cost, subject to the restrictions described in Section 6.
- Pro Plan: Expanded features, higher usage limits, dynamic QR codes, and advanced analytics for individual users and small teams.
- Business Plan: Full-featured access with the highest usage limits, priority support, and additional collaboration and branding capabilities for organizations.
Billing and Payments
- All paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the current period ends.
- To cancel your subscription, you may do so through your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Each plan has defined usage limits (e.g., number of QR codes, scans, storage). If you exceed your plan’s limits, you may be prompted to upgrade. We will notify you before imposing any restrictions.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over the following days. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended until the balance is resolved.
Current plan pricing, features, and limits are detailed on our Pricing page.
06.6. Free Plan Limitations
The Free Plan provides access to a limited subset of QRBuildr features. Under the Free Plan:
- You may create a limited number of QR codes as specified on the Pricing page.
- QR codes are static only — dynamic QR codes with editable destinations and redirect tracking are not available on the Free Plan.
- Export options are limited (e.g., lower resolution downloads, fewer file format options).
- Scan analytics and reporting features are not available.
- Advanced customization options (such as logo overlays and custom frames) may be restricted.
We reserve the right to modify Free Plan limitations at any time. Free Plan users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features and higher usage limits.
07.7. User Content and Uploaded Assets
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or store on QRBuildr, including but not limited to QR code configurations, destination URLs, text, logos, images, and other media (“User Content”).
License Grant
By uploading or creating User Content on our platform, you grant AGT GROUP LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This license exists only for as long as your content remains on our platform and terminates when you delete the content or your account.
Content Standards
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all User Content you provide.
- Logos, images, trademarks, and other media you upload must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
08.8. Dynamic QR Codes and Redirect Responsibility
Dynamic QR codes route scans through QRBuildr’s servers before redirecting to your chosen destination. This functionality comes with important responsibilities:
Your Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the destinations to which your dynamic QR codes redirect. This includes all content hosted at those URLs, whether or not you control the destination.
- You must not use dynamic QR codes to redirect scanners to websites or content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious (including malware or phishing), obscene, or otherwise in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- If your QR codes are distributed publicly, you are responsible for ensuring the linked content remains appropriate and lawful for the intended audience.
Our Right to Intervene
- We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or remove any dynamic QR code that we reasonably determine directs users to harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content.
- We may investigate reports of abusive QR codes and take action at our sole discretion, including but not limited to disabling the redirect, suspending your account, or reporting the activity to appropriate authorities.
- We are under no obligation to monitor all QR code destinations, but we may do so to protect our users and the integrity of our platform.
09.9. Acceptable Use
Your use of QRBuildr is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree not to use our platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code via QR codes or uploaded content
- Engage in phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or any network connected to our services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services without our prior written consent
- Create QR codes that redirect to content promoting violence, hate speech, exploitation, or illegal activity
Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.
10.10. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The QRBuildr platform, including but not limited to its design, user interface, source code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by AGT GROUP LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our platform without our prior written consent.
Your Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the QR codes you create, the content you encode, and the assets you upload. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to us. The limited license you grant us (described in Section 7) is solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.
Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about our services, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into our platform without obligation to you.
11.11. Disclaimers
QRBuildr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGT GROUP LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the service
QR Code Scanning
The successful scanning of QR codes depends on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to the scanner’s device hardware, camera quality, software, lighting conditions, print quality, and display resolution. We do not guarantee that every QR code will be scannable by every device or in every condition.
Uptime
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service disruptions. Dynamic QR code redirects depend on the availability of our servers.
12.12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Cap on liability: The total aggregate liability of AGT GROUP LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of QRBuildr, shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you are on the Free Plan and have not paid any fees, our maximum liability shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).
- No consequential damages: In no event shall AGT GROUP LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
13.13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGT GROUP LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of QRBuildr or any activity under your account
- User Content you create, upload, or distribute through our platform
- The destinations and content linked through your QR codes
- Your violation of these Terms, any applicable law, or the rights of any third party
- Any dispute between you and a third party related to your use of our services
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
14.14. Suspension and Termination
By Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law.
- We may suspend your account if your payment is overdue and remains unresolved after reasonable notice.
- In cases of severe or repeated violations, we may terminate your account permanently without the opportunity to cure.
By You
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
- Upon account deletion, your personal data, QR code configurations, uploaded assets, and scan analytics will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
- Active paid subscriptions should be canceled before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination or deletion of your account, your right to access and use QRBuildr ceases immediately. Dynamic QR codes associated with your account will stop redirecting. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15.
15.15. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or your use of QRBuildr shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

- Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at contact@qrbuildr.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
- Jurisdiction: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
16.16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
- Notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect
Your continued use of QRBuildr after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services and may delete your account.
