01.1. Our Intellectual Property
The QRBuildr platform, including but not limited to the following, is the exclusive property of AGT GROUP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws:
- The QRBuildr brand name, logo, and all associated branding elements
- The platform’s source code, software, and underlying technology
- User interface designs, layouts, and visual elements
- Documentation, marketing materials, and website content
- All proprietary algorithms and processes used in QR code generation and analytics
No part of the QRBuildr platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the express written permission of AGT GROUP LLC.
02.2. User Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of the content they upload to or create through the QRBuildr platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Logos, images, and brand assets uploaded for QR code customization
- Destination URLs and landing page content linked through QR codes
- Custom designs and configurations applied to QR codes
- Any other original content provided by the user
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to process all content you upload to QRBuildr. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
03.3. License to User Content
By uploading content to QRBuildr, you grant AGT GROUP LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and store your content solely for the purpose of:
- Generating and rendering your QR codes
- Displaying your QR codes and associated content within the platform
- Providing analytics and tracking services related to your QR codes
- Delivering the services you have requested through QRBuildr
This license is limited to what is necessary to operate the platform and deliver our services. We will not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose unrelated to providing QRBuildr services. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except as necessary for backup and legal compliance purposes.
04.4. Copyright Infringement and DMCA
QRBuildr respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content hosted on or linked through QRBuildr infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.
Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the QRBuildr platform (e.g., specific URLs or QR code identifiers), with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user.
05.5. DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice filed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on the platform before removal
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent
- Statement of good faith: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
Please send your counter-notification to the same address listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.
06.6. Repeat Infringers
QRBuildr maintains a policy for the termination of accounts belonging to repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Specifically:
- Users who are the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion
- Users who repeatedly upload infringing content, even after being warned, will have their accounts terminated
- We may also terminate accounts of users who we reasonably believe are using QRBuildr to facilitate or promote copyright infringement, regardless of the number of formal complaints received
Account termination under this section is at the sole discretion of QRBuildr, and we are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action against repeat infringers.
07.7. Trademark
The name “QRBuildr,” the QRBuildr logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AGT GROUP LLC or its affiliates. You must not use these marks without the prior written permission of AGT GROUP LLC. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using the QRBuildr name or logo in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by QRBuildr
- Incorporating QRBuildr trademarks into your own product names, domain names, or social media handles
- Modifying, distorting, or creating derivative versions of QRBuildr trademarks
- Using QRBuildr trademarks in any way that is misleading, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
All other trademarks, registered trademarks, and product names mentioned on the QRBuildr platform are the property of their respective owners.
08.8. Reporting IP Violations
If you believe that content on the QRBuildr platform infringes your intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights), please contact us with the following information:
- A description of the intellectual property right you believe has been infringed
- A description of the material you believe is infringing and its location on our platform
- Your contact information, including name, email address, and phone number
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized
- Any supporting documentation, such as trademark registrations or proof of ownership
Please send all IP violation reports to contact@qrbuildr.com. We will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content and notifying the responsible user.
