To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGT GROUP LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the platform
• Any warranty that defects will be corrected or that the platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of QRBuildr is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

The content, information, and materials available on or through the QRBuildr platform are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes, or is intended to constitute:

QR codes generated through QRBuildr are designed to be compatible with a wide range of devices and QR code readers. However, the successful scanning and interpretation of QR codes depends on numerous factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• The hardware capabilities of the scanning device (camera quality, autofocus, lighting sensors)
• The software and QR code reader application used on the scanning device
• Environmental conditions such as lighting, distance, angle, and print quality
• The operating system and browser version of the scanning device
• The size, resolution, and placement of the printed or displayed QR code

We do not guarantee that QR codes generated through QRBuildr will be scannable or function correctly on all devices, cameras, operating systems, or QR code reader applications. Users are responsible for testing QR codes on their intended target devices and in their intended deployment environments before distributing them at scale.

QRBuildr allows users to create dynamic QR codes that redirect to URLs or destinations specified by the user. When you scan a dynamic QR code, you may be directed to a third-party website or resource that is not owned, operated, or controlled by AGT GROUP LLC.

We do not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for:

• The content, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party destination
• The privacy practices, security measures, or terms of service of any third-party website
• Any products, services, or offers available at third-party destinations
• Any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party websites or services

Users who scan QR codes created through QRBuildr do so at their own risk. We encourage all users to exercise caution and review the URL before interacting with any content at a QR code destination.

QRBuildr enables users to create, upload, and link to content through QR codes. AGT GROUP LLC is not responsible for any content that users create, upload, store, distribute, or link to via the platform, including but not limited to:

• URLs, landing pages, or websites linked through QR codes
• Images, logos, or custom designs uploaded for QR code customization
• Text, vCard data, Wi-Fi credentials, or any other information encoded in QR codes
• Any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content they create, upload, or link to through QRBuildr complies with applicable laws, regulations, and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates our policies.

QRBuildr relies on a number of third-party service providers to deliver and support our platform, including but not limited to:

• Stripe for payment processing and subscription management
• Cloud hosting providers for application hosting and infrastructure
• Database providers for data storage and management
• Email service providers for transactional and notification emails
• Analytics providers for usage tracking and QR code scan analytics

AGT GROUP LLC is not responsible for any outages, interruptions, errors, data loss, or service degradation caused by third-party service providers. We make reasonable efforts to select reliable providers and to minimize disruptions, but we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or performance of any third-party service.

Your use of third-party services integrated with QRBuildr may be subject to those providers’ own terms of service and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGT GROUP LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data corruption
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any other intangible losses

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and even if AGT GROUP LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of AGT GROUP LLC for all claims arising out of or related to your use of QRBuildr exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you to AGT GROUP LLC during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have not paid any fees to AGT GROUP LLC during the applicable period, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGT GROUP LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the QRBuildr platform
• Any content you create, upload, store, or link to through the platform
• Your violation of these terms, any applicable law, or any third-party rights
• Any dispute between you and a third party related to your use of QRBuildr
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

AGT GROUP LLC reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You will not settle any claim without the prior written consent of AGT GROUP LLC.

You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions set forth in this Disclaimer constitute a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and AGT GROUP LLC.

AGT GROUP LLC would not be able to provide the QRBuildr platform on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations. The pricing structure of our services, including free and paid plans, reflects and is based upon the allocation of risk set forth in this Disclaimer.

These provisions shall apply even if any limited remedy provided herein fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental, consequential, or certain other types of damages. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

In such cases, the disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations set forth in this Disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law of your jurisdiction. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully limited.

To the extent any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
